Moot point since DirecTV NOW isnt even on the list yet, but clicking the Sign In button on Apple TV didnt even bring up a login url, like the nearly identical TBS app does.

This app freezes all the time on my iPad an Apple TV. Probably once an episode the screen will either freeze or go black but the sound keeps going. Even worse, sometimes when I open the app I can click over and over again and nothing happens so I have to delete and redownload it to get the app to respond. The times this is worst is if you pause the show or dont press play on the next episode and do something for a bit and then come back- almost guaranteed to freeze.

Update!! So this app is finally Apple TV ready and Chromecast! And the commercials are properly placed! Thanks for making these improvements!!

Im pretty happy with the TBS app. Its been improved greatly from the old app. Its much cleaner now with a good selection of shows.

Still takes forever to load. Im sick and tired of the same three images being looped over and over waiting for this thing to open.

So this app is finally Apple TV ready but still no Chromecast. Its not the smartest app, does not remember where you were but gives you access to BBT reruns. It is also annoying that they seem to be unable to place the commercials in the places where they go but instead interrupt the programming mid sentence.

Horrible.... 1/2 star using apple tv 4gen. Every other day have to log in with provider movies never play and live tv works for 30 or 40 minutes max. Horrible service.... Latest message "Sorry, we are having trouble playing the video right now." Fortunately tgey cant blame the internet provider because every tv app works great even Hulu... they should copy FXnow and Foxnow they always work great.

The app didnt stream well a year ago. Gave it a break and came back. Still crummy. Doesnt work with Apple AirPlay properly--only the audio streams. I basically dont watch Samantha Bee because TBS has antiquated tech. Samantha, please switch networks or talk to them!

Has all my favorites east and west coast so I can watch them all, twice ??

Crashes on iPad. Will not start up.

The watch tbs app is interesting in that it basically carries most of the programming that is available on tv. It is certainly entertaining to look at past episodes of Angie TriBeCa, but most is fluff.

Could be a little faster on the start up, but I love the fact I can watch my shows on the road anytime.

I have downloaded many TV apps, and they all worked smoothly. This app never works! Shows are always freezing up or not playing. I downloaded this once, had troubles, then tried again 6 months later and had the same problem.

Yesterday I was able to use the app. Now all of the sudden Im not authorized to view any videos. Im still logged in with DirecTV. Nothing has changed.

Sure you have good content... But what good is it if you have to reboot the app non-stop. Im currently on an elliptical 15 minutes into a work-out I had planned to zone out of watching Seinfeld. The universe had other plans I suppose. I own Apple products, a roku, and a firestick and this app does not work well on any of them. Please modify this app or at least allow people to stream from your website. If you try to stream from the tbs site, it forces you to use the app- which basically means youre not streaming anything, go ahead and log into any other channels app and watch away...

The app is completely broken and wont let DirectTV subscribers authorize. Its buggy and clearly hasnt been tested. TBS is pathetic and screwed up in a way no other network has. Completely unusable on demand app.

To be perfectly honest, this app stinks. Its horrible and a total disappointment. Want to know why its a disappointment? Because IT WONT EVEN OPEN! Not once! And Ive tried many times, connected to different wifi networks, no luck. Also, based on the number of reviews Ive read where this is an issue for others as well, no effort has been made to rectify the problem. Whats the point in even having an app available if youre not going to work out the bugs and make it work?

Theres one issue that I have with this app, and its a big one: I get periodic pop-ups that say "do you like watch TBS?" (Verbatim). The poor grammar makes me very concerned that this app is compromised or illegitimate. For an official app its pretty lame.
