Total disappointment

To be perfectly honest, this app stinks. Its horrible and a total disappointment. Want to know why its a disappointment? Because IT WONT EVEN OPEN! Not once! And Ive tried many times, connected to different wifi networks, no luck. Also, based on the number of reviews Ive read where this is an issue for others as well, no effort has been made to rectify the problem. Whats the point in even having an app available if youre not going to work out the bugs and make it work?
