This app use to be so great, but unfortunately they have a terrible tech team that doesn’t keep up and maintain it so now it glitches out, or it’ll keep asking you to sign into your TV provider and won’t let you watch shows or movies. Absolute garbage

This app is absolute trash. How hard is it today to make a streaming app?! You can’t turn off CC, you can’t pause without the app resetting so you have to go thru their stupid ads to get back to what you’re watching. Forget about anything live like sports, it’s an absolute wonder why any league gives them any games to broadcast whatsoever. Such a trash app

I was trying to stream March madness on their app and it constantly kept freezing and pausing mid stream. And whenever I would click out and click back in it would restart and play a 15second-1minute ad that I couldn’t skip. Not a good experience at all. And to top it off, the ads would freeze and then it would make me miss the March madness game I was watching.

Absolute trash! You really can’t do anything with the app so there’s not any point in downloading it. Won’t let you login with your TV provider even if you do have the channel so I’m not really sure why they even made this. Save the space on your phone.

What’s the point of this app if it doesn’t connect to my tv….please let us just download it from the tv cause streaming never works ….i wanna give it zero stars but it wont let me

The app itself seems to work well. However, trying to airplay/screenshare was disappointing. It kept buffering and not working. This was rather frustrating as I was trying to watch march madness. And as a big Michigan fan, it was extremely annoying having to miss the beginning of the game and transfer over to NCAA March Madness Live. Hopefully, this function is fixed soon. (And no, it wasn’t my wifi or internet connection, these were checked and tried multiple times).

This app can’t handle streaming a show. It constantly stops playing mid show. It is not due to poor internet connection and restarting the app does nothing. The chances of getting through a 22 minute show without having to close the app at least 10 times is slim and then there are times where you’re just not going to be able to watch it because it never resolves. It’s absolutely pathetic how bad this app is and that after 3+ years the problems have seemed to have gotten worse.

You can’t delete and download once again; to watch another preview and it is not their business what else is on people’s cable network. I wish I could watch the full game or full half of USA vs Columbia in she believes cup using TBS. You can only watch 10 minutes and there is no pause nor play button. NBC sports 30 minutes worth but Spanish version.

This app is absolutely terrible.

Never loads. Episodes stream in reverse chronological order… why? Bad layout. All around: bad.

If you go PIP and then back to the app it kills the video. Poorly optimized and a cash grab by making me rewatch ads 👎👎👎 Also airplay used to work and they did an update that killed the functionality

For quite some time, tried to sign in but can’t. After pressing the sign in button, nothing happens - just loops. Odd that TNT app (which is essentially the same) didn’t have this problem. Tried deleting and reinstalling multiple times but no go.

So bad, it freezes. Won’t allow me to sign in with my tv provider. I just deleted and reloaded it 6 times. Same issues. Won’t allow me to sign in

It doesn’t let me log in to my account so I can only watch 10 minutes of preview smh

This app is absolutely insane. It does everything but work ! I’ve reported it many times only to be told to submit my problem to someone else, which is a full circle of back to where I started . I don’t recommend anyone wasting their time on this app !!!

It feels like I’m using a app from 2008

This goes for the TNT app as well. There are constant crashes/inexplicable error messages & freezes. On demand will start in the middle of a show and rewinding even 10 seconds gets you punished with another 4 minutes of ads that you’ve already sat through. These apps run about as stable as my last relationship! Do better or shut down and move the library to MAX!

won’t let me login to my tv provider so i can’t watch american dad new episodes

Cannot sign into anything because with just shows a big white screen and nothing. Unusable app.

why even ask to connect with your cable provider if all it’s going to do is crash & just limit me to watching a 10 min preview 👎🏻

This is so frustrating. Whenever I try to sign in, the app dumps me back onto the main page and blocks my sign in. I know I’m using the right password as well because when I purposefully put in an incorrect password, it lets me know. Obviously the developers are aware as the negative reviews go back for weeks on this exact issue. Would give zero stars if I could because that’s just bad business

The app doesn’t mark where you left off well, it lags, and it is difficult to find where you left off without watching a ton of commercials you’ve already had to sit through.

Could go to my tv provider..I enter password…then still DOESNT let me get full access and I have cable using my tv provider…I have deleted this app three times and still the same problem…

Awful app that does not allow me to log in using my cable service. Seems like they are trying to create a fee-based TV service, and if I drop my cable service I don’t watch TBS, and I’m not missing much

I just updated the app because all of a sudden, my TV provider didn’t work. Now that it’s updated, it STILL doesn’t work.

American dad needs to move new episodes to hulu. This app has always been clunky and horrible, clearly done by the same people as adult swim. Now logging in with a tv provider to watch shows gets stuck in a loop. Fix it how was this allowed in production

Attempting to sign in with my TV provider just sends me to a white screen that does not allow me to interact with anything. I literally cannot use the app.

Used to work great. Was able to catch live shows and reruns. But awhile back it wouldn’t let me login to my cable service to keep watch. I keep tapping on login and it just stays on the same page. This App has gotten stupid!

Why is it everytime I go to watch something on this app and I try to sign in using my tv account it just goes back to sign in and doesn’t allow me to. That’s why this app is horrible. Tell Me why Warner bros discovery

The app just hangs on the splash screen and won’t even launch

Whether you have full service of WiFi this app will never fail to get stuck on a frame while audio continues or freeze entirely while streaming live. Also one of the worst video player UIs I’ve ever used. Just an awful experience all around.

Absolute garbage. Why TBS decided they needed to run the playoffs and there app actually just doesn’t work and the whole time trying to watch the playoffs was spent just trying to get this terrible app to do its job. Stick to horrible tv shows, don’t run sports, do us all a favor.

you are broadcasting the PLAYOFFS. and your app will not work. will not open on the tv. keeps exiting. has a loading symbol while it’s on. what am i paying for? so unacceptable. disgusting honestly.

Can’t cast a game to save it’s life. This company sure is dropping the ball the entire mlb post season. Oh, need to check a text or turn headphone volumes up? Crashes. Makes you watch an ad. Deleting.

This app was unable to consistently stream on my tv while trying to watch a ALDS. I don’t understand why they use a webOS instead of native airplay or chrome cast. Hopefully this gets fixed in an update soon

This app is one of the worst streaming apps. When you want to change a setting and leave the program they make you watch another ad. To turn off or on closed caption on a live program you have to go to a non live program and turn it off on that. It’s not user friendly or intuitive. Please fix the app

Something as simple as turning off CC is impossible. No features to change and it’s all about ads.

I’ve attempted to sign in using my cable provider 30+ times, only to return to the same screen. Couldn’t watch the streams on this app even if I tried, terrible interface service for streaming.

Used app for baseball game yesterday. Worked. Not today.

This app is less than even bad. Can’t even sign in and consequently missing the mlb playoffs because of it. Do better, can’t be any worse. Then again you may surprise me.
