TBS App freeze

On Apple TV when viewing a "show" the app freezes about 6-7 minutes in? The video will freeze and the sound keeps going?
I have good download speeds when this happens, also I have noticed it happens on the advertising spot in the video timeline marker. The show never restarts again. :( Do they test to see if a show will play all the way through I wonder?
