Dont support their terrible product

I havent even downloaded the app yet and I already hate it. I never write reviews but this is not ok. I tried to use their website, which is also awful, and was forced to download their app. Which I did. It started to download so I went off to do something else while it did. Only to come back to have to start all over. Twice. I love some of their shows, but no way Im supporting their terrible products. This is why illegal downloads are still a problem, and they wonder why. If I cant use their site (which says I should be able to watch a full episode but when I click on it...thats a whole other can of worms) or even download their app, then whats the point?
